On identity and integration, SSO and API access fit BlackBoiler to your existing systems. Support and setup are defined too. Enterprise adds dedicated help building and maintaining your playbooks, guided onboarding, and a dedicated success manager. The commercial terms are also open. You have the option to agree custom contract terms and service level commitments rather than accept a fixed plan.
